the art of honouring living and dying

Ceremonies are important throughout our lives, they are the meaningful pauses when we notice, celebrate, mourn and mark key moments- this is especially true with funerals.  When honouring people in our lives who have died, we use often use flowers, words, music, song, poetry, stories, silences and well thought out rituals, hoping to find some peace, comfort and healing.

offering funerals in the west wales area

Death can be a difficult and confusing time with many practical issues and emotions to navigate.

My aim as an independent funeral celebrant, is to offer you a gentle, safe space for sharing your grief and honouring life.

I will listen and support you in respectfully telling the stories of the person who has died- that feel true to them, and meaningful to you.

We work together to create a personal, beautiful and memorable funeral ceremony, whether you define your beliefs as religious, spiritual, secular or something in between.

I will support and encourage you to be as involved as you wish to be in the process.

The funeral ceremony or memorial can take place in your home, in a field, at a crematorium, a green burial site, a funeral directors chapel of rest, the grave side or at a venue that you have chosen.
